Terms of Use — Headshot Studio

These terms apply to your use of the Headshot Studio app. By using the app, you agree to them. Please read them alongside our Privacy Policy.

1. Who provides the app

Headshot Studio is provided by 3 Paws AI Studio, based in Canada.

2. Your license

Your use of the app is licensed, not sold, under Apple's standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement (EULA), together with these supplemental terms. Where these supplemental terms and Apple's standard EULA conflict on a Headshot Studio-specific point, these terms apply.

3. Purchases

Studio Pro is a one-time unlock. Studio Retouch credits are consumable — each is used up when you generate a retouched headshot. All payments, billing, and refunds are handled by Apple through your Apple account. We never see or store your payment details. To request a refund, use Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com.

4. Studio Retouch service

Studio Retouch is provided on an as-is basis. One credit entitles you to one usable retouched headshot, with free retries within the same session window if a result isn't usable. Credits never expire. The service requires a network connection to work; shooting and coaching do not.

5. Acceptable use

Photos you submit to Studio Retouch must be of you, or of people who have consented to their photos being used this way. Don't attempt to misuse, overload, reverse-engineer, or interfere with the service, and don't use it for anything unlawful.

6. No warranty and limitation of liability

The app and Studio Retouch are provided "as is," without warranties of any kind, and to the extent permitted by law we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the app. Nothing in these terms limits or excludes any rights you have under applicable consumer protection law — those rights always apply regardless of anything stated here.

7. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we'll update the effective date above. Material changes will be reflected in the app's release notes.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Canada.
